Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Process Corporate Customer Services forms and requests
  • Perform day-to-day operation in regard to customer service support
  • Attend to internal and external customers’ queries
  • Prepare and submit Management reports
  • Provide administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties, as assigned.
 
       
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Two years of relevant working experience, preferably in Banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently
  • Able to work under pressure and take on different tasks
